A dive into a future\u2014distant or near\u2014filled with imaginary, ghostly characters, where music becomes language, a new code to interpret the world.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"414\">This marks the thirty-fifth production for <strong data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"341\">nusica.org<\/strong>, a cultural association that promotes and supports innovative artists.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"548\">The new work by <strong data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"445\">XYQuartet<\/strong> is set for release on <strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"486\">March 18, 2025<\/strong>, preceded by the single <em data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"529\">Elgotar Bengotar<\/em> on <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"545\">March 14<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"744\">XYQuartet\u2019s latest work has the spirit of discovery and playfulness\u2014an imaginative journey through the intricacies of a musical style that grows increasingly refined, curious, and exploratory.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"801\"><strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"799\">Lexycon: A Linguistic and Musical Exploration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1017\"><strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"814\">Lexycon<\/strong>, a title evoking the collection of words and lexemes that shape meaning within a linguistic system, is a piece in a multifaceted artistic journey\u2014another step toward creating spaces for improvisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1292\">Set for release on <strong data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1056\">March 18, 2025<\/strong>, under the <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1082\">nusica.org<\/strong> label, <em data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1099\">Lexycon<\/em> is the band\u2019s sixth album. Comprising <strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1191\">Alessandro Fedrigo, Nicola Fazzini, Luca Colussi,<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1213\">Saverio Tasca<\/strong>, XYQuartet celebrates its fourteenth year of activity with this new release.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1863\">The album consists of <strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1333\">eleven tracks<\/strong>, with titles (<em data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1393\">Eresimento, Ooni Aaanden, Knom, Antro Altro<\/em>, etc.) that paint a backdrop of a possible future, echoing the imagery of <strong data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1485\">Italo Calvino<\/strong>, intertwined with <strong data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1526\">Orwellian dystopia<\/strong> and the fantastic worlds of <strong data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1575\">Tommaso Landolfi<\/strong>.
